What can I expect from Choco Town?
Welcome to Choco Town! Everything you’ll find in this delicious village is based on chocolate and sweets, from the houses to the fountains. Step into a chocolate world and get ready to explore it with your five senses. You’ll even have the chance to take pictures against mouthwatering backdrops and—of course—enjoy some tasty chocolate samples. It’s a dream come true for chocolate lovers of all ages!

Food at the experience may contain or have traces of food allergens from peanuts, tree nuts, wheat/gluten, milk, soy, other seeds and nuts, or other food allergens. Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at CambridgeSide! You can find Choco Town on Level 2 of CambridgeSide near Old Navy. The address is 100 CambridgeSide Place, Cambridge, MA 02141. You can find more information about CambridgeSide here.

Does the event take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 60 to 90 minutes.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Regarding the access to the event
Do I need to wear a mask?
No, masks are not mandatory during the experience.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please ensure to be at the venue by the start time outlined on your ticket.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive to the venue on-time to be assured entrance. If you arrive late and miss your scheduled session, we will do our best to grant you entrance with the next session, pending availability and venue capacity limitations and closing time. Please understand we are not able to guarantee admission if you arrive late.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes. Please have the appropriate documentation readily available.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Our experience occupies 2 floors at the CambridgeSide shopping mall. While there is no elevator inside of the experience itself, our guests will be able to access both floors of the mall's elevators located within 30 ft. of the lower level right between the Finish Line store and the CVS store. You can then reenter the experience on the south end of the second floor to your right. Please don’t hesitate to ask our staff for assistance.
Are there bathrooms at the experience?
Our experience occupies 2 floors at the CambridgeSide shopping mall. You are welcome to use the public restrooms located in the Food Court on Level. Additional restrooms are located in T.J. Maxx and Best Buy.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Any item deemed to be dangerous, inappropriate or disruptive to other guests is strictly prohibited, including all glass items, weapons, outside food or drinks, flash photography or alcohol. Guests may only bring small bags up to 12x6x12 inches.
Is there an age requirement?
No! However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn’t have baby changing facilities. Kids under 3 years old do not need a ticket. Minors under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Regarding the tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, you can scan the QR Code at the event and buy your ticket, if there is availability.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us
and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us
for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us
for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Choco Town can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?

Can I make a Private Booking?

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
